A New Orleans jazz group has filed a lawsuit against T Pain, DJ Khaled, and more for over $100 million.

The Batiste Brothers, a legendary New Orleans jazz group has issued a lawsuit against DJ KhaledRick RossAce HoodT-PainPitbull and Cash Money for an astonishing $100 million (eight zeros) for using their music, and lyrics in countless songs. 
While the names are not limited to the artists above, the lawsuit filed by Paul Batiste is a staggering 118 pages and claims, “an immense number of songs infringing upon Plaintif’s catalog.”  Some popular songs named in the lawsuit include T-Pain’s “Blame It” and “Booty Wurk” as well as Khaled’s wildly successful “All I Do Is Win.”  
Seeking $100,000,000 in damages, the lawsuit says, “Defendants have blatantly poached beats, lyrics, melodies and chords from Plaintiff’s songs.”
